Harmonic are excited to be collaborating with a fast growth visual effects and animation company in their search for a Talent Acquisition specialist. The award-winning company are behind the visual effects for some of the world's best-known content in the TV & Film space. As they go through this exciting period of growth, they hope that the Talent Acquisition specialist can help them build not only the team, but also build on their extremely welcoming and inclusive company culture.

This is a perfect opportunity for those individuals with a background in and passion for visual effects and animation, looking for their next role within the talent space.

The Role and Responsibilities:

• You will report into the Head of Operations and work closely with the line managers and production teams
• You will support all members of the team across their employee life-cycle, ensuring they have the best possible experience
• As the company grows you will support the recruitment and on-boarding process of a variety of positions
• You will support the HR function, identifying, developing and maintain their programs, policies and procedures

What we need to see (Essential):

• Previous experience in a similar industry (VFX, Animation or Games)
• Strong communication and personable skills, particularly when interviewing candidates and providing them feedback
• A grasp of managing an ATS, and a strong use Excel

What we need to see (Desirable):

• Experience with HR systems/ software
• A background supporting those in more junior positions

Salary: £30-40,000 (+ benefits), depending on experience

Based: London (opportunity to work flexibly)
