Harmonic are proud to be working with one of Boston's fastest growing AI Start-Ups (SaaS). They are backed by a selection of the most respected VC funds and have successfully closed a significant Series B raise of $35m.

ARR is on track to grow at 200% in 2022 having jumped from $4m to $10m in 2020. The investment is earmarked to support with a period of significant expansion into international markets and significant additions to headcount across the GTM and tech teams.

This business is based in one of the liveliest areas of central Boston and is known for a non-corporate, incredibly fast-paced, yet supportive culture. They pride themselves on hiring the best and brightest and have a passionate team that is laser focused on scaling Boston's next big SaaS success story.

Duties:

• Ownership over the full life cycle of recruiting (sourcing through close)
• Create impactful and positive candidate experiences
• Partner directly with hiring managers to execute quickly and create short and long term execution strategies
• Review recruiting data to ascertain trends and constantly optimize our processes
• Flexibility to contribute outside of just recruiting, like employer branding and recruiting operations

What you need:

• 5+ years experience in a technical sourcing or full-cycle recruiting role
• Track record of successfully onboarding multiple hires
• Ability to leverage talent market insights and data to guide decisions and influence hiring managers
• Experience working on a small team in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment
• Desire to expand your knowledge of our products and the crypto sector

Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 + Bonus
