Harmonic are super excited to be working alongside one of the worlds best know gaming companies on their search for a Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The business is behind an epic roster of universally recognised games and entertainment experiences, with offices headquartered around the globe.

This is a great opportunity for a TA Coordinator to join a dynamic and collaborative in-house internal talent team and help build the business as it rapidly grows. Whilst the role is currently a 9 month FTC, there is a high likelihood it will become permanent!
Roles and responsibilities:
- You will support the senior talent team, hiring teams, and third party agencies in order to meet recruitment aims and drive the business forward
- You will be a personable and friendly face for candidates in process, providing an exceptional candidate experience (be it in person or via video)
- You will assist with the full recruitment cycle (creating job ads, ensuring a smooth new hire onboarding) etc.
- You will ensure a diverse pool of candidates, by keeping an eye towards and working within diversity and influence hiring initiatives
- You will manage requests from the business for continent hiring, providing an exceptional support to hiring managers
- You will offer additional administrative report and work alongside the HR Operations team with scheduling interviews
- You will set up and manage onboarding schedules for the new joiners in the EMEA region
What we need to see (Essential):
- A notable background within the recruitment space
- A personable and collaborative individual who can work hard in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks but can join a fun and dynamic team
- A proactive team player who can also deliver results with minimal supervision
- Demonstrated background to prioritise and meet deadlines
What we need to see (Desirable):
- A background in the creative industries
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel
- Knowledge of CRM or a recruitment system
Salary: £28-35k (plus additional benefits!)
