Studio & Finance Manager | High-End Interior Design Studio | London

Harmonic are delighted to be working with a fast-growth interior design studio in their search for a Studio & Finance Manager to join their expanding team. Working alongside architects and designers, this position would be suitable for a confident individual who is keen to be part of a growing creative business and fully appreciates the studio environment.

The business completes amazing projects across the globe within commercial, residential and office settings and are becoming increasing well-known due to their ambitious and innovative design. The team is sociable and creative, based from an amazing architecturally designed space in Central London.

Reporting directly into the Managing Director, this role will allow you to work strategically with the founders to continue the growth of the business, completing operational and administration tasks as well as overseeing the day-to-day internal finance function such as producing invoices.

Due to the nature of the role, this will be an office-based position.

Responsibilities:

• Studio/ office management including administration, diary management, answering phone and emails, helping with any IT queries
• HR responsibilities including recruitment, holiday approval, organising timesheets and coordinating new starters
• Producing and reconciling invoices
• Chasing sales invoices
• Working closely with the Managing Director to improve efficiency across the operations and finance functions
• Managing projects to ensure they keep in line with budgets and timescales

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a studio/ office manager role with some exposure to invoicing
• Commercially astute
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Experience working within architecture, interior design or furniture
• A genuine interest in design

Salary: £30,000- £40,000 Start date: ASAP Location: Central London
