Strategy Director | Creative Agency | London

Harmonic is thrilled to be working with a new client looking to find an experienced strategist take on their new director role. This person would be based from their London HQ to offer consultative expertise and insight on all strategy matters across clients and teams. The director will be joining at an exciting time with the ability to help shape the fast-growing agency. The team has doubled in size within 18 months and is looking to keep up this momentum whilst keeping their cultural values at the forefront.

The Role

The director will work amongst the range of clients whilst always ensuring their experience with the agency is distinctive and impactful. This person will have a proven record in strategy within creative agencies and have strong leadership abilities. Ability to think innovatively with briefs and consumer insights should also been seen as an exciting opportunity to allow creativity to flourish.

Responsibilities

• To drive ground-breaking consumer insights through research and fresh perspectives
• Act as a leader or partner across the agency building relationships at all levels to ensure excellent communication across departments
• Liaising with the multiple teams to ensure targets are on track and deal with any arising issues whilst providing regular feedback
• Nurture and recognise outstanding creative work whilst understanding more practical deadlines
• Analysis of data and research to drive opportunities and recognise trends
• Pitching and presenting ideas and briefs to key stakeholders
• Ability to focus on details in projects whilst keeping a focus on coherent branding

• Expert knowledge on all aspects of creative strategy and processes behind this
• Driven by wanting an in-depth knowledge of consumers
• Innovation in research methods to find new and useful insights
• Strategy experience with managing others
• Excellent communication skills
• High standards of time management and organisation
• Experience working within an agency

What we would like to see (desirable)

• Experience working with retail clients

Location: Central London

Start: ASAP (will wait dependent on notice period)

Salary: £100,00-£120,000 (dependent on experience) plus bonuses
