Senior Marketing Project Manager | VC-Backed Health & Wellness Brand | Fully Remote

The Role
We're looking for a strategic and solutions-focused leader to join the team as a Senior Project Manager, overseeing brand operations and campaign execution. You'll be at the heart of how creative work gets done: driving processes, streamlining resources, and ensuring seamless collaboration across marketing and creative teams. This is a critical role for someone who thrives on bringing clarity to chaos, loves leading cross-functional work, and knows how to build systems that scale.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior leadership to define and implement the long-term vision for brand project management and creative operations
- Build and refine workflows, tools, and team structures that drive clarity, efficiency, and scalability
- Ensure strong cross-functional collaboration through alignment, clear documentation, and smooth handoffs
- Own project plans from kickoff through delivery, managing timelines, budgets, deliverables, and resources
- Lead execution of integrated campaigns across TV, digital, packaging, and experiential channels
- Facilitate key meetings, remove blockers, and maintain momentum across all stages of a campaign
- Keep stakeholders informed with proactive updates on project status, risks, and next steps
- Ensure creative assets meet brand standards and are ready for launch
- Track project performance and optimize workflows to improve quality and output
What We Need to See (Essential)
- 5-7+ years of experience in project management within marketing or creative operations
- Hands-on experience with Monday.com and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems
- Strong understanding of multi-channel marketing, from digital and social to packaging and retail
- Exceptionally organized and detail-driven, with strong follow-through
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects in a fast-paced CPG, Ecomm, or Retail environment
- Confident communicator who's proactive, solutions-oriented, and collaborative
- Comfortable owning budgets, timelines, and process documentation

- Background in scaling systems at a high-growth brand or agency
- Exposure to eCommerce or performance marketing environments
Package: $110,000 - $160,000
