From up-and-coming artists to more established names, the company are behind some of the UKs top talent in the dance music scene. As Social Media Manager you will work across the business roster of artists to provide content ideas to help grow their socials and community.

The Role and Responsibilities:

• You will report directly into the Marketing Manager, setting up and monitoring the companies digital advertising campaigns
• You will be responsible for creative content ideas for the companies multiple social media platforms
• You will manage various social media accounts for the company
• You will play a role in strategising and executing social media campaigns
• You will analyse social media data so to see what strategies have been working well, and what not so much, then creating relevant recommendations to improve engagement
• You will lead the charge of building to grow out the dedicated community behind the company

What we need to see (Essential):

• Minimum six months experience in a similar position
• Experience in suing digital makreting software such as: Later, Hootsuite, Linkfire and Mailchimp
• A passion for social media and creating content
• Evidence of successfully growing social media accounts and devising and running successful digital ad campaigns
• A passion for music, in particular dance/ electronic
• A friendly and outgoing team-player to contribute to the dynamic and collaborative company culture

What we need to see (Desirable):

• Basic skills with Photoshop, Premiere/ Final Cut Pro and Excel preferred
