Senior Recruitment Professional | Global Gaming Business | London/ Guildford

Harmonic are super excited to be working alongside one of the worlds best know gaming companies on their search for a Senior Recruitment Professional. The business is behind an epic roster of universally recognised games and entertainment experiences, with offices headquartered around the globe.

Within a fun, dynamic and collaborate environment, this is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned studio recruiter to build out a newly opened studio, whilst remaining connected to the broader global talent team.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • You will report into the US based TA Director, whilst managing the full end-end recruitment process within the newly created studio
  • You will source and build out pipelines of qualified talent using all available systems and tools, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements
  • You will be creative in your recruiting strategies, in order to quickly fill high priority roles
  • You will ensure a diverse pool of candidates, by keeping an eye towards and working within diversity and influence hiring initiatives
  • You will partner with University Relations and Executive Recruiting as needed
  • You will utilise data and analytics to drive decision-making with partners
  • You will work with SMEs in systems, analytics, talent attraction and planning

What we need to see (Essential):

  • A strong background of full life cycle recruiting, working on tech/creative/developer hires
  • An ability to grasp new ATS systems, tools and technology
  • A personable and collaborative individual who can work hard in a fast-paced environment but can join a fun and dynamic team
  • A team player who can manage multiple niche searches
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, CRMs, and internet sourcing tools

What we need to see (Desirable):

  • A background in the gaming or animation industry
  • Previous experience in a standalone role

Salary: £50-60k (+ other perks)
