The role

The agency is looking for a rounded planner with proven experience within an agency environment along with a passion for understanding consumer insights and current cultural trends. This role would involve both creative and strategic planning.

The planner would work closely with other team members, creatives, sales teams, and the clients themselves. The ability to form good working relationships across all levels is essential alongside excellent written and presentation skills. This person should also be adaptable and be able to thrive within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Becoming an expert on the Client, their needs, and their target audience
• Developing creative ideas and activations
• Having an insights driven attitude
• Conducting research and acting innovatively to discover new insights
• Working with creative briefs to formulate objectives and conduct regular reviews
• Producing and presenting impactful reports and pitches
• Building strong relationships across the agency and clients

• Experience in strategic planning
• Experience in an agency environment
• Balance of strong analytical skills and understanding consumer behaviour
• Excellent written and communication skills

• Understanding of sport and entertainment world

Location: Central London

Start: ASAP (but can wait up to 3 months)

Salary: £55,000-£65,000 (negotiable dependent on experience) + bonus
