Senior Operations Manager | Fast Growth Music Company | London
Harmonic are super excited to be partnering with one of the UKs fastest growing music businesses on their search for a Senior Operations Manager. The company are leading the way globally on the supply of rehearsal and recording studios for up-and-coming artists. With plans to double the number of studios by the end of the next year, the business are looking for a Senior Operations Manager to lead the Field operations team and manage the running of the sites.
With a great company culture, and offering a hybrid approach to work, this is a great opportunity for a seasoned Operations professional with an excitement to work in a fast paced environment in a scaling business.
Role and Responsibilities
- With 6-7 direct reports, and leading a team of over 20, you will be accountable for the operation of all the studios globally
- You will report into, and work alongside the Head of Operations on the global operations strategy
- You will think commercially, taking the lead on various tasks such as reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- You will oversee the recruitment of those in your team as the company grows, including Operations Managers, and develop the training procedures for the team
- You will always aim to improve the customer experience by optimizing the operation of the sites
- You will work closely with the facilities manager to ensure sites are a safe environment for the team
What we need to see:
- Demonstrable experience of having led a team and dealing with business stakeholders
- Personable and approachable, with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Desire to work in a growing business
- Excited about working in a fast-paced environment, and willing to get involved in a variety of tasks
- Desire to travel across the UK/ internationally to the various sites when required
Salary: £60-65k (+ bonus)
