Senior Account Manager (Hybrid) | Market and Advertising Agency | East London

The Client:

Harmonic are excited to be partnering with one of the UK's most exciting creative agencies, with their search for a new Senior Account Manager. With a current head count of 70+ they're approaching an exciting second growth phase, which is centred around building new relationships and developing their existing ones. They realise the essential roles their Account Managers will play in this and are looking for a new motivated client facing Senior Account Manager to take on this challenge.

With plans to double their turnover to £10 million in the next 3 years, this agency is primed to be one the industries front runners in the coming years. Alongside their amazing plans for the future, they care deeply about their talented workforce offering specialist training programs, combined with excellent support for all their team members to get them up and running with their robust, well-established processes.

Role:

They need a skilled Account Manager who's keen to develop their account management capability and manage a growing client portfolio. As an integral part of the agency, you'll be working with the internal team and one of their most expensive clients to delivery some of their most sensitive projects. You'll need to use the agreed processes and workflows, whilst working to the deadlines set. They need someone with strong account management and project management skills who are looking to develop the right ideas for their clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Building successful and lasting relationships with core clients.
  • Briefing in designers and working with the resource team to ensure bookings are scheduled with the correct skillsets.
  • Understand the importance of brands and working within brand guidelines.
  • Run account meetings and take responsibility for service levels and feedback.
  • Spotting new business opportunities and providing support on client pitches.
  • Driving forward client strategy within the agency, assisting with revenue growth.
  • Effective project management through the full lifecycle, highlighting issues and proactively resolving problems, including budget control.
  • Preparing client facing documents and presentations, including monthly management information for core clients.
  • Creating and managing project timelines and budgets from brief through to delivery.
  • Driving and developing the Quality Review process.

What we need to see (Essential):

  • You'll have a track record of working with big name corporate brands within the financial services, law, commercial property, or insurance sectors.
  • You have 3-plus years Account Manager experience agency or in-house.
  • You can demonstration strong bid and business proposal acumen.
  • You're a strong strategic thinker, highly efficient, results driven, and solutions orientated.
  • You'll be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment.
  • You'll be organised, detail oriented and delivery focused.
  • You'll be confident and successful in presenting and communicating ideas to clients.
  • You'll be a team player with excellent communication skills.

Location:

  • East London (Mixture of remote and in-office work)

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + Annual Performance Bonus
