People Operations Manager | Established Music Company | London

Harmonic are excited to be partnering with a world-renowned music business in the search for a People Operations Manager to join their dynamic and passionate team. The company are behind the growth of some of the biggest names across all genres of music in the UK. Having turned over £20 mill in the past year, the business is hoping to double this figure in the next few years. Despite this exciting period of growth, maintaining the supportive and sociable company culture is paramount for the team. Situated in a modern workspace, you will have the chance to meet numerous high-profile figures on the music scene, as well as other music industry perks!

The Role and Responsibilities

  • As People Operations Manager you will be in charge of maintaining the company culture, and have a key role in building out the People function during this exciting period of growth
  • You will report directly to the CEO, managing various stakeholder relationships, and participating in lots of decision making processes
  • You will be integral to the growth and development of new starters, and other members of the team
  • You will be responsible for the day-to-day HR operations and talent acquisition
  • Be an advocate and driver for an inclusive, diverse and collaborative workforce

What we need to see (Essential)

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A passion for the creative industries
  • Minimum three years experience in an Operations/ HR position
  • Company culture is highly important to you

What we need to see (Desirable)

  • Background in the Music industry (or related industries)
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Track record of successfully implementing new processes, systems and policies
