PA Studio Manager | Luxury Design Company | London

Harmonic are delighted to be working with an innovative Interiors brand in their search for a Personal Assistant/Studio Manager. In this role, you will be solely responsible for the day to day running of the studio, managing four sites, and working closely with the Creative Director to support them in all areas of the business.

The role does not lack diversity and would be a great role for a highly organized individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate for this role will be proactive, with excellent time management skills, and have a strong passion for interior design and luxury goods.

This is a truly unique opportunity to join a strong team based in central London. As the PA to the Creative Director, you will also gain valuable experience working closely with one of the most inspirational designers in the industry within a highly profitable business.

Responsibilities:

• Managing all incoming enquiries with clients, customers, press and PR.
• Diary management, scheduling meetings, event planning and booking travel arrangements
• General administrative work to support Creative Director and Founder
• Ensuring the studio is kept neat and tidy
• Monitoring and replenishing stock for general office supplies
• Onboarding and offboarding employees
• Running the internal recruitment process including coordinating interviews, providing feedback and running training sessions.
• Handling quotations and tracking of orders for clients
• Ensuring all operations flow at ease

Requirements:

• Previous exposure to luxury goods and interiors
• Highly organised and proactive approach
• Strong educational background
• Excellent communication skills

Salary: £25,000- £30,000 dependent upon experience Start date: ASAP Location: Central London
