Harmonic are delighted to be partnering with an SME PR Agency with their search for an Operations Manager to join their team in Central London. With a 50-person headcount, the agency boasts an impressive client portfolio which has seen them grow exponentially and recognised for countless awards since they were formed nearly 10 years ago.
With a fantastic office space in the heart Central London, where they like to make use of the vibrant bars and restaurants nearby, they are a values driven business who are now looking for an eager Office Manager to assist with heading up the rapidly growing operations team.
The Role:
Reporting into an experienced Finance & Operations Director, the Operations Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of the agency's day-to-day operations, implementing efficient processes, and driving excellence across the business. As the business continues to grow the FD & CEO are keen for the Operations Manager to grow with it and the business have some exciting projects and developments for you to be involved in.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify process improvement areas across the whole business.
- Streamline internal processes to enhance efficiency and improve overall productivity.
- Manage and allocate resources including personnel, equipment, and facilities to meet project demands.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure efficient resource allocation and utilisation across different teams.
- Coordinate project assignments
- Foster a positive team environment, promoting teamwork and resolving interdepartmental conflicts.
- Develop and manage operational budgets.
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and partners.
- Ad hoc office duties when required.
What our client would like to see (Essential):
- 1-2 years' experience in a similar role
- Creative Agency / Media / Events experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude and motivated
- Strong analytical skills and ability to solve problems effective.
- Experience building and improving processes.
Salary: £35-40K + industry leading benefits
