Marketing Analyst | Fast Growth Financial Services | Remote
Harmonic are excited to be working alongside a fast growth Financial Services business on the search for a Marketing Analyst. The company has doubled turnover within the past four years, with no plans to stop investing and growing.

Whilst the office is open for whenever you wish to go in, you will only be required to go in 2-3 days a month. This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced and independent Marketing Performance Analyst to join an expanding Marketing team.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- You will report into and work alongside the Head of Customer Acquisition
- You will be leading on the reporting, analysis, and insight across all marketing channels and customer journeys
- Through analysis and an understanding of the end-to-end customer journey, you will aim to drive profitability by improving website journey performance and enhancing customer performance
- You will monitor, report and explain trading performance against budget to all levels of the business
- You will build and manage effective relationships with key stakeholders across the company, with a strong knowledge of the business goals, competitors, and market trends
- You will act as the overall product owner of web analytics products (i.e. Google Analytics)
What we need to see (Essential):
- A hands-on attitude, with the ability work independently
- Strong knowledge of Google Analytics, including tracking, configuration and analytics reporting
- Advanced data analysis and interpretation experience
- Experience using Google Tag Manager
- Experience creating and maintaining marketing and trading reports
- Significant experience of digital marketing acquisition and experience analysing performance of paid media campaigns
- An ability to visualise data, and tell a story with it in innovative and appropriate ways (according to subject and audience)
What we need to see (Desirable):
- A background in financial services/ e-commerce/ retail
- An understanding of media buying
- Stakeholder management experience, as well as with external agency
- Experience of Javascript, Regex, and SQL
Salary: £40,000 (plus 10% bonus + other perks)
Location: Milton Keynes (predominantly Hybrid Working)
