Human Resources Manager | High End TV and Film Production Company | London

Harmonic are super excited to be partnering with one London's fastest growing TV and Film Production companies in their search for an HR Manager. The company has produced some of the UKs best known films, documentaries, and TV Dramas over the past five years. After receiving significant external investment, the company are now looking to recruit an HR Manager to help oversee this exciting period of growth. This is a perfect opportunity for those with a passion for the TV and Film industries and are looking for their next position in the HR space.

The role and Responsibilities

• You will report directly to the CEO ensuring the people strategy aligns with the long term goals of the business
• As HR Manager you will be in charge of maintaining the dynamic and collaborative company culture
• You will play a key role in building out the Diversity and Inclusion and Learning and Development initiatives at the company
• You will oversee the recruitment process and whole employee life cycle, bringing the best out of the team
• Implementing new procedures and processes to improve overall operational procedures

What we need to see (Essential)

• Excellent communication skills
• History in the creative industries (TV/ Film, Music)
• Significant experience in an HR position
• Strong leadership skills

What we need to see (Desirable)

• Track record of successfully implementing new processes, systems and policies
• Working knowledge of HR systems and software
• Direct experience in a TV/ Film company

Salary and Benefits:
