HR Manager | International Design Studio | London

Harmonic are delighted to be working with a fast-growth design studio in their search for a HR Manager to join their expanding team. With a head count of 45 people and now operating on a global scale, this role would suit an ambitious individual who thrives off the challenge of working internationally. Despite such impressive growth, the business prides itself on their values-driven approach.

In this newly created role, you will be working closely with the Practice Manager and the Operations Lead to ensure smooth running of the organization. You will still be very hands-on with sole responsibility for all recruitment, onboarding, and employee wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

• Full responsibility for recruitment including sourcing CVs, screening, interviews, feedback etc
• Onboarding for all new employees joining the business
• Maintaining internal processes and procedures
• Monitoring the wellbeing of all employees including holding 1-2-1 meetings
• Helping to maintain a positive company culture
• Various admin responsibilities

Requirements:

• CIPD qualification
• Previous experience working in a studio environment (e.g lighting, TV & film, architecture, art etc)
• Strong HR background
• International experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Warm approachable attitude

Salary: £35,000- £50,000 + benefits

Start date: ASAP

Location: London (with flexible working 2 days a week)
