HR Administrator | High Growth TV & Film Production Company | London

Harmonic is super excited to be working with one of London's top TV & Film production companies to help them on their search for an HR Administrator. In the midst of the UKs booming TV & Film industry, the company are looking for a talented HR professional with a passion for the industry to join the growing people function.

The role will be exciting and varied as you support the HR team with a variety of different functions, with no two day the same. With swanky new offices, a collaborative and dynamic company culture, and other great perks (included funded CIPD training), this is a great opportunity for a HR professional looking for their next step in the creative industries.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • You will take the lead on the payroll administration - this includes being responsible for running monthly payroll for the freelance staff, organizing all payroll documentation for new starters etc.
  • You will support with all administration related to new starters, for instance working alongside Production teams to ensure right to work checks for new starters
  • You will ensure that PeopleHR reflects the current staff in the company and their situations (annual leave, sickness etc.)
  • You will review and process all HR related invoices with finance
  • You will be involved with everything from D&I, to learning and development, to wellbeing
  • You will book and organize company wellbeing and charity events

What we need to see (Essential):

  • A knowledge and demonstrated experience of payroll administration
  • A passion to join the TV & Film industry
  • A willingness to get stuck into a variety of tasks, go into the office and contribute to the collaborative and dynamic company culture
  • At least a years HR experience

What we need to see (Desirable):

· A background in the entertainment space

Salary and other benefits: £25,000

  • Training courses funded (including CIPD qualification)
  • Festival trip with the company
