HR Administrator | Record Label | London
Harmonic are excited to be recruiting an HR Administrator for a leading London-based Record Label. Having doubled in size over the last year, with ambitions to grow even further, the Label are looking for a passionate individual to join their dynamic, sociable and collaborative team. You will be working closely with the HR Manager, as well as interacting with some of the most exciting up and coming artists on the UK music scene.
This is an excellent opportunity for anyone who is passionate about the music industry, and is looking to develop their HR career.
The Role and Duties:
- You will be working closely with the HR Manager on numerous exciting projects
- Play a key role in maintaining the welcoming and dynamic company culture
- You will be the first point of contact for all HR-related queries
- You will be assisting with the talent acquisition process and subsequent onboarding processes
- You will be organising and maintaining personnel records, as well as updating internal HR databases
What we need to see (Essential):
- Passion for the Music Industry
- Experience in previous HR positions
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, and driven individual with strong problem solving abilities
What we need to see (Desirable):
- Experience with HR systems and software
- Experience in a music-oriented workspace
Salary and Benefits:
- £23-28k (+ bonuses)
