Harmonic Finance arisroud to be recruiting to find the next Head of Revenue for one of the UK's / Europe's most exciting B2B SaaS start-ups in its industry. With a clear 'first to market' advantage, prominent clients and the capability to enable companies to improve both their sustainability as well as their profits, the successful candidate will join the company after a key moment after raising a significant Series A round.

Backed by one of the most prestigious VC funds in the UK you will join as Head of Revenue, alongside an entrepreneurial CEO who has an experienced background within several successful companies. Revenue is forecast to grow substantially within the next 10 months.

The role

As the Head of Revenue, you will report directly to the CEO. You will be responsible for creating a strong go-to-market strategy with an updated sales playbook to match. As number one in sales, you will build and coach a high-performing sales team of 4 and have a strong business partnering culture throughout the business.

They are looking for a Head of Revenue who can build a pipeline of opportunities through participating events, meeting clients, and spreading awareness on the cutting-edge features the new technology provides. As a core member of the Sales team, you will be integral in identifying distribution channels and making sure the team is knowledgeable on the topic to approach clients and gauge initial interest.

The business is looking to build extraordinary growth from the R&D they've undergone this year and is eager to explore new avenues for future growth. This role will suit an ambitious and driven Head of Revenue who wants to have a pivotal role in scaling an exciting SaaS business. Overall you will be supporting to deliver ambitious business targets for 2023 and beyond, and lead efforts to position the business for the next funding round to achieve long term growth plans.

The successful candidate will therefore be tech-savvy, with a good understanding of SaaS/PaaS/Enterprise Software companies and what makes them great. Particularly been on a previous growth journey in an early stage business.

Culture & Workplace

The company is presently working on a remote basis but has an amazing collaborative office space and a series of hot desks in the heart of London. Candidates are welcome to work remotely for the long term, with the expectation that in the future they would move to a hybrid approach. Applications are therefore welcome from candidates based anywhere in the United Kingdom or Ireland, provided they are prepared for the opportunity to become hybrid in London.

What we need to see (Essential):

· 5+ years' experience in a sales leadership role

· Recent experience as Head of Revenue / Sales within a successful SaaS experience

· Experience implementing a GTM strategy

· Experience working within an entrepreneurial start-up environment.

· Good cross-functional knowledge: our client is growing quickly, and sales aren't siloed as a department. In order to achieve your objectives, you will be required to business partner effectively with Product, Marketing, and Operations as well as the rest of the leadership team. Polymaths are therefore welcome!

· Keen intellect, with good problem-solving skills

· Values-driven outlook

· Driving growth and product uptake.

· Raising awareness to accelerate market adoption/acceptance.

· Package the technology into a sellable product.

· Segment the market and come up with an approach to target each (Spending capacity/ interests).

· Demystifying the concept and explaining it in simple terms.

· Being an A-grade client-facing; company representative.

Start date: ASAP

Package: £100,000 - £120,000

Additional: Uncapped OTE, Hardware and software, Home office setup, 35 days holidays per year, Annual personal development budget, Regular workshops, Health Insurance, Pension, Stock Options
