Harmonic are excited to be working with a multi award winning PR agency in the search for a Head of Client Services to join their team in the London offices. Their work has been regularly acknowledged with one of their awards being from Campaign Magazine Best Places to Work 2022. The agency has strong expertise on working with global, start-up and scale-up brands, working on a range of sectors including Consumer, Luxury Lifestyle, Technology and B2B.
Over the last 10 years they have grown from a London based start-up to a medium sized agency and keen to continue further expansion international and within the UK.

The Role:
The role itself will be reporting directly to the agencies founder and CEO, being responsible for all things Client Services. This role is exceptionally broad as it provides the opportunity to impact both the client work and the direction of future work, being essential in supporting the business development of the agency.
- Lead the Client Services team to deliver exceptional client experience
- Maintaining and building strong client relationships at the highest standard
- Leading account directors with performance reviews and supporting them to manage their own reports
- Working closely with the CCO and Head of Finance, making forecasts and recommendations to make improvements to revenue generation
- Making informed decisions in a fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Ensuring the delivery of operations processes is at the highest standard
- Guiding the strategic and creative direction of the agency
- Consulting with the agencies founder and CEO on the current and future strategy of the agency
- Working closely with the CCO and Head of Finance to make predictions and recommendations of how revenue generation can be increased
- Be responsible for account profitability and maintaining income in line with business targets
Experience
- At least 4 years agency experience at Account Director or more senior
- Strong leadership skills and ability to lead and manage large teams
- Outstanding industry knowledge
- In depth understanding and knowledge of your client's business, and participation in long-term business planning
- Excellent communication skills on all levels
- Proven ability to influence the targeted audience
- Large budget event experience
- High level of Financial acumen
Location:
- London
Salary: £100,000 - £120,000 (Negotiable and subject to Experience)
