The Role:

Reporting to the Director of Finance this Controller will have a one direct report but oversee a team of 8 people including staff accountants, AP/AR staff and a payroll manager.

Duties:

• Manage and own all of the day-to-day accounting duties by overseeing the department.
• Manage the Accounting Manager and oversee the team underneath the accounting manager.
• Lead the revenue processes.
• Work cross-functionally with other departments including restaurant GM's, Operations, and Inventory.
• Work with the accounting team and provide support to the junior members of the team.
• Support the Director of Finance with projects and systems.
• Continuously improve systems and processes.

Essential Experience:

• Restaurant background
• Experience in managing day-to-day accounting.

Non-Essential Experience:

• Fast-growth company experience

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 + 20% bonus
