Creative Director | Fast Growth Gaming Company | Leeds

Harmonic are super excited to be teaming up with a fast-growth gaming company to help them on their search for a Creative Director. Based in Leeds, the company are behind numerous award-winning AR and VR games, working alongside some key names within the industry. With multiple high level projects in development our client are looking for an ambitious Creative Director to oversee every stage of the production pipeline.

The company prides itself on its dynamic, welcoming, and collaborative company culture and are looking for a likeminded, values-driven individual to join the team. This is the perfect role for those passionate about the gaming industry with a creative vision for gaming projects.

The role and responsibilities:

• You will report into the Game Director, and work alongside the Head of Product and Head of Design
• You will use your creative mind to conceive of game concepts, from visual to narrative
• You will lead a design team to efficiently produce gameplay content
• You will translate the Senior Management's product strategy into creative output
• From the initial vision, you will oversee the overall development of the game

What we need to see (Essential):

• A passion for, and a strong knowledge of the gaming industry
• A personable individual, with strong relationship management teams and ability to work in a team
• An ambitious and creative mindset
• You must have shipped at least four titles

What we need to see (Desirable):

• Experience of development in AR/VR
• Live within travelling distance to Leeds (work from home available, but coming into the studio is encouraged)

Salary: £35-45,000 (dependent on experience) + benefits

Based: Leeds (option to work remotely)
