Chief Strategy Officer | Independent Creative Agency | London

Harmonic are thrilled to be working exclusively with this rapidly growing independent agency to find their new CSO.

Their aim is to engage online communities with their impactful campaigns that have the power to reach wide audiences and have cultural impact. The team has been expanding across different departments but are now seeking the direction from this CSO to take the work and agency to the next level.

Role

This role would be a key leadership figure not across the strategy team but also across the entire agency. They will be the lead on key pitches, cultivating new and existing client relationship, whilst also helping to implement processes to strengthen strategic frameworks.. This person will need to have strong experience building out a strategy team and whilst also still wanting to be hands on to craft original and impactful campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Management and mentorship of the team
• Enabling a culture of collaboration and innovation
• Being a key point of contact for clients and developing these relationships
• Leadership across pitches
• Responsible for all the strategic output and development of frameworks
• Contribution to thought pieces and representing the agency as a whole

• Strong strategic expertise within an agency environment
• Natural leadership
• Proven work across highly impactful and successful campaigns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Start: ASAP - willing to wait

Salary: up to £130,000 (negotiable package + benefits)
