FTC (12 month) Account Director | Multi-Award-Winning Creative Agency | Healthcare & Pharma | London

The Client:

Harmonic are delighted to partner with this prestigious agency on their search for a new Account Director. They will join experts within the agencies dedicated health and pharmaceutical team, made up of driven, creative minded colleagues in an exciting and varied environment, no two days are the same at this agency.

In the last 5 years this team having been truly excelling in their sector and this is a great opportunity to join an incredibly influential agency and work on global accounts.

Role:

This agency is searching for an Account Director to act as key client liaison and support their strategic direction. You'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery for a main pharmaceutical account, which works on a global scale.

There is huge scope to grow and progress through this team, as there is continued new business wins and ambitious growth plans.

The agency is open to experienced Senior Account Manager who are ready to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

  • Acting as a lead point of contact for a major global account
  • Project management of campaigns from planning through to delivery
  • Confidently understand and drive account growth and profitability
  • Troubleshooting and identifying problems
  • Lead on client facing meetings and updates
  • Understand the health & pharma target audience
  • Support on new business pitching

What we need to see (Essential):

  • Experience working with health and pharmaceuticals accounts (not consumer!)
  • At least 1+ years at Senior Account Manager level
  • Agency experience in a client services role
  • Proactive attitude and ambition
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • In depth understanding and knowledge of your client's business, and participation in long-term business planning
  • A master of developing and nurturing relationships - both internally and externally

Location:

London

Salary: £65,000 - £75,000
