Working with huge brands in F&B, Technology and Global Retail, this agency is growing into one of the most exciting prospects worldwide and sits comfortably in the top 10 of UK agencies.

Role:

This agency is searching for a dedicated Account Director to run a number of invaluable accounts and act as client liaison, supporting their strategic direction. You'll be responsible for overseeing the delivery of marketing activity for several of the agency's largest clients to drive the success of campaigns, ensuring briefs are delivered against plans, budget and KPI's. This is an amazing opportunity to show off your excellent relationship management skills as well as your ability to work closely with creative teams.

Responsibilities:

  • You are the first point of contact for your client business on all brand and communications planning
  • Setting the strategic and creative direction
  • Driving account growth and profitability
  • Responsible for the overall client-agency relationship and leading client accounts within the agency
  • Working on client's briefs to ensure their needs are met
  • Creating detailed briefs for designers based on clients' needs
  • Preparing for and attending client meetings
  • Keeping track of all financial processes
  • Liaising with clients to enable efficient communication channels
  • Troubleshooting and identifying problems
  • Leading on new business opportunities, recommending strategic and creative solutions
  • Demonstrate professionalism and attention to detail at all times
  • Develop clear and accurate budgets for all campaign elements

What we need to see (Essential):

  • Agency experience managing multiple clients
  • Ability to develop and deliver an impactful campaign from the client brief
  • A creative ally to the most senior creative leads on the business
  • Excellent communications skills across all mediums
  • A master of developing and nurturing relationships - both internally and externally
  • High degree of resilience and ability to remain calm, engaged, and in control in all situations
  • In depth understanding and knowledge of your client's business, and participation in long-term business planning
  • A social, fun, and outgoing personality

What we'd like to see (Desirable)

  • Experience in building and working with virtual teams

Location:

  • London (Mixture of remote and in-office work)

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + Commission Bonuses. (Subject to Experience)
